How do deposits work?

You choose a fixed deposit, a percentage, or the full price. If you accept bookings automatically, clients pay when they book. If you approve each request, their card is held and charged only when you accept.

Do my clients need the app?

No. Clients can book from your link in any browser with a free Soli account. The app adds messages, reminders, and their appointment history.

When do I get paid?

Online payments go to your bank through Stripe. Your first payout can take a little longer while Stripe finishes verifying your account; after that, payouts follow Stripe’s regular schedule.

Where is the appointment address shown?

Your exact address stays off your public page unless you choose to show it. Soli shares it with the client close to the visit.
